You have been applying concealer all wrong; here's the right way to do it

Does your acne keep returning and keeps getting worse? Well, turns out you’ve been applying concealer all wrong.

Recently, celebrity makeup artist Melissa Murdick shared on TikTok how to hide pimples without contaminating the product container.

In her video, Murdick instructs viewers to add a drop of liquid concealer onto the back of their hand and then apply it on the face with the help of a brush.

She also recommends letting the concealer rest on the face for about 10 seconds and in the final step, the artist advises using a setting spray instead of setting powder.

As per Melissa, using the concealer brush directly on your pimple will allow bacteria to transfer to the brush and into the container, which may worsen your acne.
