Cleansing your face (with fingers) for 60 seconds allows all the ingredients in the cleanser to work well on your skin. She wrote "Most people wash their face for like 15 seconds max. Whereas, the 60-second rule softens the skin and dissolves sebum blocks better.
And, remember to be gentle with your skin while massaging your face, this method also helps you to get rid of excess oil and dust and prevents the clogging of pores.
This method is not suitable for all skin types and it's essential to notice how your skin reacts to this process.&nbsp;
