Tired of dark circles? Try this DIY coffee eye mask to reduce them

Dark circles are a prevalent concern that troubles many individuals, and the internet is replete with homemade solutions.

Recently, a content curator shared a highly effective and comforting DIY coffee eye mask.

To create this eye mask, simply blend 1 tablespoon of coffee powder with aloe vera gel, honey, and 1/4 tsp of turmeric.

Dip a cotton pad in the mixture and apply it under your eyes for 10-15 minutes. For optimal results, perform this routine 2-3 times a week.

The causes of dark circles under the eyes can include

Genetics: Family history can contribute to a predisposition for dark circles.
Lack of Sleep: Insufficient sleep can lead to blood vessels dilating and darkening the skin.
Ageing:
As you age, the skin around the eyes becomes thinner, making blood vessels more visible.
Allergies:
Allergic reactions can cause inflammation and lead to dark circles.
Dehydration:
Inadequate hydration can make the skin appear dull and exacerbate dark circles.
Sun Exposure:
Overexposure to the sun can stimulate melanin production, causing pigmentation changes.
