'The Archies' Premiere: Khushi Kapoor pays tribute to Sridevi by adorning her sequinned gown

Khushi Kapoor, who is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar's 'The Archies', attended the movie's premiere at NMACC in Mumbai with several other celebrities.

The actress donned her late mother Sridevi's shimmery gown for the event and accessorised the look with a statement diamond choker. She was styled by Priyanka Kapadia Badani.

Unlike Sridevi, who chose to leave her hair open when she wore the gown in the past, Khushi opted for a tidy bun hairstyle.

Sridevi had worn the same Kaufman Franco sequinned gown way back in 2013 for the IIFA awards.

Pictures of Khushi in her gorgeous gown were also posted by her designer Priyanka Kapadia on her Instagram stories. Sharing one such snap of the actress in which she has turned her back to the camera, the designer wrote, ‘A very special night in a very special dress from her mom's closet.’
