So, this trending skincare routine called ‘skin cycling’, can be helpful for your skin. A New-York based dermatologist, Dr. Whitney Bowe has explained the process.

What is skin cycling?

Skin cycling consists of a four-nights routine; the first night you are supposed to exfoliate your skin, the second night apply retinoids and on the third and fourth nights, you can focus on your apply retinoids and let it recover. Once you finish this cycle, repeat the process from the fifth day onwards.

Benefits of skin cycling:

Skin cycling helps you to take a break from applying too many products on your skin and lets it breathe. Also, the recovery nights rejuvenate the skin.
