Pimple problems: Your acne might be getting triggered due to these 5 mistakes

Do you often notice acne on your face after waking up in the morning? The reasons behind them could be these 5 mistakes that you make. Know what they are:

Dirty pillow covers

Dead skin cells and bacteria on pillow covers may trigger acne. If pillow covers are not cleaned regularly, they can cause other skin problems too. So, it is advisable to change them every week.

Sleeping without removing makeup

However, tired you may be, you must not go to bed without removing your makeup. Makeup clogs the skin pores causing acne. Use proper makeup removers and take care of your skin even for longer run.

Sleeping with oily hair

If you too apply oil in your hair at night and wash it the next day, then you must stop it right away. The oil from hair makes your skin oily making it prone to acne. So, it is always better to wash hair after 2-3 hours of applying oil.

Dirty towel

All the above efforts go in vain if your towel is not clean. Wiping face with a dirty towel can cause skin infection and acne. Also, instead of rubbing, pat the towel gently on your face.

Sleeping on your stomach

When you sleep on your stomach your face gets rubbed with the bedsheet or pillow cover fabric causing more acne and breakage of skin.
