Paris Olympics: From Ralph Lauren for USA to Tarun Tahiliani for Team India, who designed for whom

Paris Olympics 2024 will be a spectacle of sports, fashion and cultural heritage from each country. From Mongolia's traditional artistry to India’s tri colour magic, let’s delve into the extravagance of some of the countries and their designer uniforms to be worn by the players. Renowned designer Tarun Tahiliani has partnered with ready-to-wear menswear label, Tasva, to design the uniform for Team India.

The team India's sportsmen will wear a kurta bundi set, while the sportswomen will be adorned in matching elegant sarees reflecting the colours of the Indian flag. The outfits showcase ikat-inspired, digitally printed panels in saffron and green, with blue buttonholes on an ivory base symbolizing peace and unity.

Ralph Lauren has designed the uniform for Team USA featuring red and white stripes on blue-based jackets. Team Mongolia's uniforms have been designed by Mongolian designer Michel & Amazonka showcasing traditional elements with modern designs. Luxury brand Berluti has designed the uniforms for Team France and Asics has designed for Team Japan. Armani has designed Team Italy’s uniforms and Ben Sherman is the official designer for Team Great Britain.
