Recently, nutritionist Sakshi Lalwani shared a post on how to achieve glass-looking skin within weeks without spending too much money.

Nutritionist suggests drinking Halim or Aliv seeds, which are packed with retinol, antioxidants, fibre, proteins, vitamins and minerals. These seeds also help in reducing stress, and inflammation, aid weight loss and are helpful for the thyroid.

To add these seeds to your diet, the nutritionist suggests soaking 1 teaspoon in water overnight. By morning, they'll become puffy. Now, just drink them with the water. See the magic in just one week!

Nutritional Benefits of Halim or Aliv seeds

Rich in Nutrients: Halim seeds are a good source of essential nutrients, including vitamins (A, C, E, and K), minerals (calcium, iron, and magnesium), and antioxidants.
Protein and Fiber:
They contain protein and dietary fiber, promoting a sense of fullness and supporting digestive health.
Omega-3 Fatty Acids:
Halim seeds are a vegetarian source of omega-3 fatty acids, beneficial for heart health.
