Skincare is must, but nighttime skincare is mandatory. At night our skin breathes and rejuvenates so it's important to follow the correct skincare regime.

Recently, dermatologist Dr. Aanchal Panth shared some mistakes that you should avoid in your nighttime skincare routine.

  • Avoid using new products on your skin at night, always try a product in day time especially if you have sensitive skin
  • Understand the correct layering of the products that are suitable for your skin type
  • Always do skincare 2 hours before going to bed, so that products get absorbed properly on the skin
  • Moisturising is an essential step of the skincare regime, it repairs and keeps the skin hydrated
  • Make sure to tie your hair before sleeping if you have acne or an oily face
