Harvard researchers conducted a study and found that jobs which require little or no human interaction, make people miserable. The study began in 1938 and it collected health records of 700 people from across the world.
It was found that people who have jobs with the least human interactions and the ones with no room for people to build meaningful relationships with co-workers, end up being more miserable.&nbsp;
It was concluded in the research that creating opportunities for social interaction at workplaces can be good for health of the employees.&nbsp;

A recent study conducted by Wakefit revealed that over 60 per cent of Mumbai residents feel sleepy or drowsy at work. There has been a significant jump compared to 2022, where the count was around 53 per cent.
The sixth Great Indian Sleep Scorecard (GISS) report was prepared after surveying 10,000 responders from March 2022 to February 2023. The report also suggested that 31 per cent of respondents stayed up at night worrying about their future and 37 per cent of Mumbaikars slept in places other than their beds.
As per the study, the habit of binge-watching, insomnia as well as the bedroom environment is affecting Mumbaikar's sleep cycle.&nbsp;

In this video, he's seen emptying a tea bag and mixing the tea with a spoonful of oats in a jar. He then pours the content in boiling water and keeps it for about an hour. After straining the water he pours it into a spray bottle and suggests planting the plants with the water once every 3 weeks.
This water is filled with nitrogen which helps plants grow faster and healthier.&nbsp;

A study suggests that botox injection when injected on forehead affects brain function, impacting how they interpret other&rsquo;s emotions. The study was published in Scientific Reports.
Scientists at the University of California Irvine and AbbVie scanned brain functions of women between 33 and 40 years of age, before and after botox injections were injected in their forehead.
During both the scans, they were shown images of happy, angry and neutral faces and were asked to interpret the emotions. The team found that the temporary paralysis of the facial muscles caused by botox affects people&rsquo;s ability to understand emotions thereby alter their brain chemistry.

For the study, the team examined two groups where one group was given yogurt with two times higher fat and sugar and the other group was given a low-fat and sugar yogurt.&nbsp;
It was found that the group which had been eating high-sugar and fat yogurt didn&rsquo;t enjoy the healthier options as they used to before the study. Not only genetic and environmental influences, but habitual factors also contribute to weight gain, study authors concluded.

If you remember Maleficent: Mistress of Evil starring Angelina Jolie and loved her iconic fit then the recent show at London Fashion Week might be of your interest. Buerlangma presented the fall/winter collection which looked like they were straight out of a movie with the antagonist taking the centrestage.
The dresses had horns on them which varied from neon green to black. Other than this, one of the models was draped in a beige cloth that had "FK UPS DRESSES DIDN'T ARRIVE" written on it.
Makeup of the models did not go unnoticed which was gothic themed; some models were seen wearing face masks and some flaunted black lip shades.

As per a video he shared on Instagram, tie a rope or a string to a nail and immerse it into a vase or a bottle filled with water. Tie the other side of the thread to a wooden stick and pop it into the soil of your plant.

Well, would you do the same if it comes from a Bollywood diva? Time and again Bollywood celebs/actors have spoken about using natural and basic home skincare and Neha Dhupia is one of them. The actor recently shared her DIY skin routine using coconut oil that you should also try.
Coconut oil for dry skin:
Add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil with plain oatmeal powder and prepare a paste. Apply it to your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water and see the magic! Apply a lightweight cream or gel thereafter.
<h3>Remove blackheads with coconut oil:</h3>
Add 2 spoons of coconut oil to a spoonful of baking soda and a few drops of lemon juice. Mix them well and add on the areas most prone to blackheads. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash it off to find your face cleaner and brighter.
<h3>Remove sunburn and tanning:</h3>
Just apply raw coconut oil to the affected areas regularly to cure effects of sunburn.
