Calvin Klein's campaign featuring trans man sparks outrage on social media

Calvin Klein has come under fire after the pictures from their previously launched Pride campaign started doing rounds on the internet. The pictures show Dutch trans influencer Bappie Kortram wearing a Calvin Klein bra.

However, this did not go down well with several social media users and they started slamming the US brand for it.

Reacting to the backlash, Bappie said that he still stands by his original message and the pride that he felt when CK invited him to model for their Pride Collection of 2022.

Notably, when Bappie was cast, he was fundraising to have his breasts removed. He further said that it is important to show that trans masculine bodies with breasts should be celebrated.
