Makeup enthusiasts are currently obsessing over this trend as it is helping people with hooded and deep-set eyes achieve a wing that won't get lost in their eyes.

Puppy eyeliner trend is quite simple and all you need to do is make the eyeliner wing move downwards instead of the cat eye style that goes upwards at the end of the lash line. Do not forget to fill in the corner of your waterline and you'll be all set to nail the puppy liner look.
