For her Las Vegas residency's opening night, Adele wore a striking custom gown named the Cosmic Black Saturn Orbit Gown, crafted by Gaurav Gupta. This couture piece featured over 3,000 black crystals—2,880 small ones with 244 larger crystals for added dimension.

The intricate embroidery required over 93 hours of work by a team of artisans, creating a shimmering effect that complemented her performance beautifully.

The gown featured an off-the-shoulder plunging neckline, full-length sleeves, a figure-hugging bodice and a short train on the back. The singer accessorised with diamond jewels, including hoop earrings and a statement ring.
