According to her an afternoon nap improves heart health and is best for people with high BP and those dealing with heart health. It improves hormonal balance, digestion, sleep cycle and fat loss.
She suggests that the right time for an afternoon nap is after lunch, in the foetal position on your left side for around 10-30 minutes between 1-3 pm.

As per a video he shared on Instagram, tie a rope or a string to a nail and immerse it into a vase or a bottle filled with water. Tie the other side of the thread to a wooden stick and pop it into the soil of your plant.
The water will travel through the rope to the plants and will keep it moist. So, if you are away from home and have nobody to water your plants, this hack can be useful.

This is basically food for plants. Phosphorus helps plants grow strong roots and sulphur helps produce healthy leaves. &nbsp;&nbsp;

A new study published in the journal Sleep Medicine has noted that getting less than eight hours of sleep every night could be contributing to your beer belly.
The research included data of more than 5,100 adults, aged 18 to 59. During the study, participants rated their sleep from one hour to 8 and X-ray technology was used to measure their body mass index.
The findings suggested that just one less hour of sleep daily could result in 12 extra grams of fat that accumulates around the torso area, therefore, contributing to a beer belly.
