Watch: PM Modi picks up litter during inspection of Pragati Maidan

As Prime Minister inagurated the main tunnel and five other underpasses part of the Pragati Maidan Integrated Transit Corridor project, a video of him picking litter from the road has gone viral.

PM Modi can be seen promoting his government's 'Swachh Bharat' by picking up wrappers and empty plastic bottles with his bare hands as he walked along.

The Integrated Transit Corridor project has been built at a cost of more than Rs 920 crore, entirely funded by the Central government.

Its objective is to provide easy and smooth access to new world-class exhibitions and convention centres that are being developed at Pragati Maidan.
