Viral: Zomato's hilarious response as man demands increase in 'word limit'

Zomato, on X, shared a hilarious response of an unusual request of a man who tagged the company on the social media demanding to increase the 'word limit' for the cooking instructions that one leaves on the app while placing an order.

The funny incident took place when the man, Guarav, ordered a birthday cake for someone, but ended up being a communication gap between the two parties.

The man wrote, “Please increase the word limit” and shared two images. One of the pictures is a screenshot of the order he placed with instructions on what to write on the cake. The other image shows the cake he received which has a 'Happy Birthday' cake topper along with 'Isha possib'.

Reacting to the post, Zomato shared funny reply and said, "Will talk to tech team if possib."

The post went viral on social media with more than 1.1 lakh views on X. Netizens reacted to the incident with even interesting comments.
