Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s strict oversight of revenue case disposal is delivering visible results across Uttar Pradesh.

By reviewing progress district-wise every month, the CM has ensured a strategy focused on speedy resolution of disputes.

According to the August report of the Revenue Court Computerized Management System (RCCMS), a total of 3,69,293 revenue cases were resolved across the state last month. Lucknow recorded the highest number of disposals, while Jaunpur led at the district court level, maintaining its position among the top five districts for ten consecutive months.

Lucknow topped the state with 19,178 disposals, followed by Prayagraj (10,693), Gorakhpur (9,560), Jaunpur (8,779), and Barabanki (8,615). District Magistrate Vishakh G. Iyer noted that Lucknow’s performance was the highest in Uttar Pradesh.

CM Yogi Adityanath has directed officials to give priority to resolving revenue disputes, with the twin objective of ensuring timely justice for citizens and strengthening transparency and accountability in governance. Acting on these instructions, district magistrates and other concerned officials have intensified efforts for case resolution.

Jaunpur DM Dr. Dinesh Chandra Singh said, “The revenue cases are being disposed of in a speedy manner as per the intention of CM Yogi Adityanath. According to the RCCMS report of the board of revenue for August, five revenue courts of Jaunpur have disposed of more cases than the board’s prescribed standard.”

Against the board’s monthly benchmark of 250 cases, Jaunpur’s five revenue courts disposed of 612 cases, achieving 244.80 percent of the target. This performance placed Jaunpur first among district-level courts in the state. Lakhimpur Kheri came second with 379 disposals against a standard of 300, and Azamgarh stood third with 400 disposals against a standard of 350.

At the level of District Magistrate Courts, Mau emerged as the state’s top performer by disposing of 91 cases against a prescribed standard of 30—achieving 303.33 percent, the highest in Uttar Pradesh. Bulandshahr followed with 79 disposals, while Jaunpur ranked third with 68. Thus, Mau, Bulandshahr, and Jaunpur secured the first, second, and third positions respectively in DM court disposals.

Jaunpur also maintained its consistent record at the level of additional district magistrates. The ADM (Land Revenue) disposed of 208 cases against the standard of 50, securing the top spot in the state. Ghazipur’s ADM (Land Revenue) ranked second with 30 disposals, while Mirzapur’s ranked third with 24.

Similarly, Jaunpur’s ADM (Finance & Revenue) disposed of 211 cases against the standard of 50, achieving 422 percent of the target and taking first place. Azamgarh secured second position with 105 disposals, and Jhansi ranked third with 80.
