CM Yogi urges people to actively contribute their ideas for Viksit Uttar Pradesh

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday launched a new citizen participation drive under the “Samarth Uttar Pradesh – Viksit Uttar Pradesh @ 2047” campaign, aimed at shaping the state’s roadmap to development by 2047.

The initiative encourages people to share their views, ideas, and suggestions with the government through a dedicated online portal and QR codes.

At a program held at Lok Bhavan in Lucknow, the Chief Minister unveiled the portal and QR code system, marking the start of a month-long Maha Abhiyan. The QR codes will be placed at public places, schools, and colleges, allowing citizens to scan and submit their feedback directly on the official website: https://samarthuttarpradesh.up.gov.in.

Explaining the process, CM Yogi said, “Subject experts and NITI Aayog will evaluate useful and innovative suggestions, and the best ones will be rewarded at both district and state levels. The initiative aims not only to gather public feedback, but also to ensure its meaningful integration into policymaking for real development.”

The event was attended by over 400 intellectuals who shared insights on the campaign’s action plan and stressed the importance of community participation. Calling the drive more than an administrative exercise, the Chief Minister described it as a collective movement to build a prosperous and developed Uttar Pradesh with the active involvement of its citizens.
