Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Sep 12 (PTI) Nearly 2,000 police personnel will be stationed in Tuljapur, Maharashtra, famous for the Tulja Bhavani temple, to ensure smooth passage for devotees during the upcoming Navratri festivals. To oversee the influx of pilgrims during the 10-day festival, 102 CCTV cameras will also be set up in the town. District Collector Kirtikumar Pujar has assessed preparations for the 'Navratri Utsav', set to begin on September 22. Signages in Marathi, Telugu, and Kannada will be put up throughout Tuljapur to direct pilgrims, as the town welcomes thousands of visitors during Navratri. Besides the police presence and CCTV installations, 22 first-aid centers will be available along six main routes. Additionally, ten bike ambulances will be deployed in busy areas. The 'Manchak Nidra' ceremony of Goddess Tulja Bhavani at the historic 12th-century shrine is slated to start on September 14.
