A suspected terrorist in NIA's 'most wanted' list has been arrested in Delhi.

Suspected ISIS terrorist on NIA's 'most wanted' list arrested in Delhi

The Delhi Police arrested a suspected terrorist, Shahnawaz alias Shafi Uzzama, who is said to be on NIA's 'most wanted' list.

NIA had placed a reward of ₹3 lakh for information on him.

According to ANI, Shahnawaz was wanted in an ISIS-linked case in Pune.

An engineer by profession, Shahnawaz is a resident of Delhi.

He was recently caught by Pune Police in July when he was trying to steal a motorcycle. However, he escaped from police custody while being taken to his hideout for further questioning.

Two of his associates were later caught.
