Law enforcement received a PCR call at 1:43 am from Ridham Surma, who reported that his friend, Akhil Panwar, had been shot following a summons by Saurav Nagar and Gaurav Nagar. Surma transported the injured Panwar to a hospital, where medical professionals declared him out of danger. Panwar, a Shahdara resident, suffered four bullet wounds and is known as a bad character at the Shahdara police station.
