Ludhiana, along with Amritsar, Jalandhar, and Patiala has secured a pivotal role in reshaping urban mobility through the Union Government's Rs 20,000-crore PM-eBus Sewa Scheme.

Union Minister Kaushal Kishore, responding to Ludhiana's MP Sanjeev Arora in Parliament, revealed the selection of these cities for the transformative city bus service initiative.

This move marks a significant stride towards enhancing public transportation in Tier-II and III cities, fostering sustainable urban development.
