ED searched house, nothing found, says Sanjay Singh's wife after his arrest

Aam Aadmi Party leader Sanjay Singh's wife told news agency ANI that the ED questioned AAP MP, searched the house, computer and documents but found nothing.

Singh's wife's reaction came after AAP's high-profile leader was arrested by probe agency ED in connection with Delhi excise policy scam case on October 4 evening.

The AAP leader's wife said, "They questioned and searched the house, computer, and documents but did not find anything. There was pressure upon them (ED officials) to arrest him and they arrested him. They (ED) did not give us any reason. We all are with him. He has been arrested in a fake case..."

Meanwhile, AAP leader's father alleged that the probe agency did not find any base to arrest him, but still did as 'they were told to do'.

The AAP has alleged the ED "targeted" Singh as he raised issues related to the Adani group in Parliament.
