Did Rahul Gandhi accept Congress losing in Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh? Watch

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on October 9 announced the party's decision to support caste census in the country, saying that an X-ray is required for the development of the country.

However, during the presser, as reporters posed a volley of questions to Rahul, a goof-up by the Wayanad MP on Congress' performance in the upcoming elections in the five states led people present in the hall to burst into laughter.

Responding to a question on forthcoming elections, Rahul said, the BJP is ruling in 10 states, asserting that their party is losing in MP.

Gandhi continued in flow and said, they are losing Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh...until he realised about the goof-up.

Correcting himself Rahul then said, Congress is definitely winning Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Telangana.
