The bench, comprising Justices Prashant Kumar Mishra and Augustine George Masih, initially raised questions regarding the two-month period requested by NBE to prepare for the exam. However, it concluded that there was a valid reason for scheduling NEET-PG 2025 on August 3.

NBE explained that, based on the May 30 court order, the exam needs to be conducted in a single shift. To accommodate this, approximately 1,000 examination centers are required.
