Delhi: man thrashes security guard over parking issue, his parents defend

In a shocking incident, a 28-year-old man allegedly thrashed a security guard over a parking issue in Delhi's Dwarka area.

A purported video doing rounds on social media shows how the man was confronted in front of his parents.

In the video, 2 men are seen confronting the man, who openly accepts his violent act. On being questioned as to why he hit the guard, the man keeps repeating the threats

Following the PCR call, a medical examination of the guard was done and it was found that the guard suffered an injury over his left eyebrow. According to the doctor who conducted the medical examination, the nature of the injury was simple and blunt, police said.

The statement of the guard has been recorded and a case under sections 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt), 341 (punishment for wrongful restraint) and 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code has been registered, they said.
