'Do I deserve this?': Aryan Khan to NCB officer investigating drugs case against him

Sanjay Singh, the senior Narcotics Control Bureau officer who headed the special investigation team that probed the drug trafficking case against Aryan Khan has spoken to the India Today magazine about his conversation with him during interrogation.

The magazine reported that the senior officer told them that Aryan Khan asked many 'soul-searching' questions during the interrogation.

He had asked Singh why he had to spend so many weeks in jail and if really deserved it?

According to the India Today magazine, Khan had called the charges of drug trafficking and financing drug trafficking absurd. He told the the NCB officer that the agency had done him great wrong and ruined his reputation.

The magazine goes on say that Sanjay Singh had also met Shah Rukh Khan during the investigation since he was meeting parents of other accused as well. Singh told India Today that the actor raised concerns about his son's mental state and said that he himself had to go to Aryan's room to keep him company throught the night.
