Bihar shocker on camera: village-head candidate forces youth, who didn't vote for him, to lick spit

In a shocker from Bihar, two youths from a village in Aurangabad district were thrashed even forced them to lick sputum from the ground after they didn’t vote for a candidate for the post of village head in Singhna.

The candidate, Balwant Singh, was so enraged by the duo’s refusal to vote for him that he even forced Anil Kumar and Manjeet Kumar to lick sputum from the ground as someone recorded a video on phone. He also made the duo do sit-ups.

As the video of the incident went viral, the district magistrate and the Superintendent of Police took cognisance of the matter and Balwant Singh was arrested. Police said that Singh has been booked after the two youth filed a criminal complaint.

“The accused has been arrested based on a complaint by the two youths. The accused chief was a candidate for the village head elections. A charge sheet against him will be filed soon,” said SP Kantesh Mishra.
