During their meeting, Sarma emphasized the importance of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) for the timely completion of current infrastructure projects. LifeCare, a company based in Kenya, had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focused on the health sector during the Advantage Assam 2.0 Investment and Infrastructure Summit in Guwahati in February this year.
