Sufi rock sensation Zeeshan Khan creates magic with popular actor Sara Gurpal in single 'Pyaar Dobara'

'Pyaar Dobara', a stirring love song sung by Zeeshan Khan, a well-known Sufi-rock musician and the younger brother of stand-up comic Zakir Khan, was released on October 10, 2023. One of the highlights of the video is the ebullient presence of model and actor Sara Gurpal who is a hugely popular name in Punjabi cinema, was a contestant in the reality show Bigg Boss 14, and has a massive social media following.

Set in a small town, the video accompanying the song depicts heartbreak, the longing for first love, and also a celebration of life when a true soul mate comes along. The song with a Sufiana flavor paints a compelling picture of love as it blooms between two strangers when a paper kite finds its way from the sky to a terrace. Stolen glances and tentative smiles trigger painful memories from the past and what happens to the three protagonists caught in this whirlpool of emotions, is related by the song.

Zeeshan loved being a part of the journey of 'Pyaar Dobara' and says, "Music and lyrics are equally important to make a song memorable and this song is extremely special both in terms of its melody and the emotions it conveys. Like all great love poems, it evokes nostalgia for the unattainable and I feel, everyone at some level will relate to it. Its lyrics are very poetic, and depict how painful memories often stop us from embracing new relationships."

Punjabi sensation Sara Gurpal who plays an important part in the video, adds, "It was a privilege to be a part of such a beautiful and relatable song. Composed by Ripul Sharma and written by Sharad Tripathi, the song also stars Gunveen Manchanda and was released by Saregama India Ltd., on October 10, 2023.
