As he celebrates his 50-year milestone with the release of "Coolie," colleagues and cine stars have poured in heartfelt wishes for the iconic actor.

"Apoorva Raagangal," directed by K. Balachander, debuted on August 15, 1975, with Rajinikanth featuring in a supporting role.
