Malvika Raaj Embraces Motherhood, Welcomes Baby Girl

New Delhi, August 26 (PTI) Malvika Raaj, widely recognized for her role as the young Pooja Sharma in the iconic 2001 film "Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham", has embraced motherhood for the first time. She and her husband, businessman Pranav Bagga, have welcomed a baby girl into their family. The couple took to Instagram on Monday to joyously announce the birth of their daughter, who arrived on August 23.

The announcement featured a heartfelt message that read, "Pink bows, tiny toes and a love that overflows. Welcome to the world baby girl. 23.08.2025. Malvika and Pranav." Enclosed with this message, their post was captioned: "From our Hearts to our Arms, Our Baby Girl is Here. #babygirl #ourworld #babybagga. Video: @rnmdesignstudioofficial."

Raaj and Bagga tied the knot in 2023, and they first shared the news of their pregnancy with fans and followers in May this year via Instagram. Raaj captured the public's attention as a child actor in Karan Johar's "Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham", which boasted an ensemble cast that included Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Kajol, Hrithik Roshan, and Jaya Bachchan.

Most recently, her work in the thriller series "Swipe Crime", which debuted in December 2024, has kept audiences engaged. The series was penned and directed by Harsh Mainra and showcases a talented cast including Rishab Chadha, Mugdha Agarwal, Sanyam Sharma, and Faisal Malik alongside Raaj.
