Almost a year after two men, both in their 20s, were arrested for allegedly kidnapping and killing a minor girl, UP's Bhadohi police on Saturday found that the girl was alive and working in Noida, The Indian Express reported.&nbsp;
According to the police, the girl's father got both men framed in a false case due to an old enmity with them.&nbsp;
Police have now booked the girl&rsquo;s parents who allegedly knew her whereabouts, the parents, however are absconding.&nbsp;
The two men arrested for the girl's murder are currently on bail, The Indian Express reported.

Charred bodies of three Mizoram residents, including a woman, were found in a jungle inside Myanmar near the international border, a senior police officer said on Friday.
The three had gone missing on March 19 after they set out for Myanmar from Ainak village in Siaha district.
They had been held hostage by miscreants, believed to be from Myanmar, who were once involved with a rebel group before they disassociated from it, Inspector General of Police (Law &amp; Order) Lalbiakthanga Khiangte told PTI.
The miscreants killed the three apparently for failing to return in full amount the money meant for purchasing weapons, the police officer said.
The charred bodies were recovered from a forest inside Myanmar about two kilometres from the international border on Thursday, he said.
"The perpetrators of the crime are believed to be from Myanmar. The state police have launched a manhunt for the miscreants,&rdquo; Khiangte said.
Mizoram shares a 510 km long international border with Myanmar.

Police lobbed tear gas shells and fired in the air when an agitation held by tribals over the death of a 23-year-old woman in the Indore district of Madhya Pradesh turned violent with protesters damaging vehicles of police and attacking police personnel, an official said.
The incident occurred at Badgonda police station, about three km away from Mhow town.
Police station in-charge Dharmendra Thakur said the woman, a resident of Khargone, was living and studying at Dhamnod for the last few years.
"Yadunandan Patidar, a resident of Gawli Palasiya village, came in contact with her last year and brought her to his house here (Badgonda)," he said.
The woman died on March 15. As the news of her death reached her parents, they and members of various tribal groups gathered at the police station and staged a protest, Thakur said.
The officer said protesters blocked the traffic by placing the woman's body on the road on Wednesday evening.

"Some of them attacked policemen and damaged vehicles of police, who reacted with a mild lathi charge. However, as the mob went on a rampage, police fired about a dozen rounds in the air and also lobbed tear gas shells," he said.
Details about injuries, if any, are not available.
Police personnel are deployed in large numbers in the area and the situation is becoming normal, Thakur added.

A 24-year-old NRI from Canada was killed in a brawl during festivities at Anandpur Sahib in Punjab, police said on Wednesday.

A 24-year-old NRI from Canada was killed in a brawl during the Hola Mohalla festival at Anandpur Sahib, police said on Wednesday.
Pardeep Singh, a native of village Gazikot in Gurdaspur district, was visiting Anandpur Sahib.
On Monday, Singh had a fight with Niranjan Singh, a resident of Nurpurbedi in Rupnagar, over some issue.
Singh sustained serious injuries in the clash and later died.
The accused Niranjan also sustained injuries and was undergoing treatment at the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research in Chandigarh, the police said.

These teams raided 2,860 places and arrested 2,518 criminals. While 805 criminals have been arrested in Bharatpur, the number stood at 460 in Dholpur, 530 in Karauli and 723 in Sawai Madhopur districts

The Rajasthan Police on Monday arrested 2,518 offenders including 228 history-sheeters in Bharatpur range as part of a special drive to nab criminals.
The police arrested 2,051 criminals in Kota, Jaipur ranges and Churu district under the campaign on Sunday.
DGP Umesh Mishra said the special operation is being conducted under the supervision of Additional Director General (ADG-Crime) Dinesh M N.
On Monday, the action was taken in four districts of Bharatpur range- Bharatpur, Dhaulpur, Karauli and Sawai Madhopur.
Mishra said 500 teams comprising around 3,750 police personnel were engaged in the drive on Monday.
"These teams raided 2,860 places and arrested 2,518 criminals. While 805 criminals have been arrested in Bharatpur, the number stood at 460 in Dholpur, 530 in Karauli and 723 in Sawai Madhopur districts," he said.
A gun, 23 country-made revolvers, one pistol, 25 live cartridges and five sharp-edged weapons were also seized during the raids. Apart from these, illegal liquor and narcotics substances were also seized.
He said five cases relating to illegal mining have been registered and four people have been arrested and five tractor-trolleys with 21.5 tonnes of sand have been seized.&nbsp;

A Prayagraj court will today hear the Umesh Pal case in which Atiq Ahmed is an accused

Gangster-politician Atiq Ahmed will be produced before a court in Prayagraj today in connection with the 2006 kidnapping of Umesh Pal, a witness in the BSP MLA Raju Pal murder case, who was killed last month in an attack.
The verdict is also likely to be pronounced during the day.
According to media reports, strict security arrangements have been made and around 300 cops have been deployed along the route from the Prayagraj jail to the court ahead of the verdict.
Earlier, Atiq Ahmed was brought to the Naini Central Jail in Prayagraj on Monday evening amid tight security arrangements from Ahmedabad jail.&nbsp;

Three people have been arrested for allegedly killing a 10-year-old boy in Bahraich after an occultist asked them to perform a "human sacrifice", police said on Sunday.

On the same night, the child's body with his throat slit was found in the field, he said.
During probe, police found that the deceased child's cousin Anoop had two-and-half year-old son who was mentally-challenged and also used to remain sick. When treatment did not yield positive results, Anoop approached an occultist near his village, police said.
The occultist instigated Anoop to perform human sacrifice following which he along with Vivek's uncle Chintaram killed the child using a spade, police said.
The three accused --- Anoop, Chintaram and the occultist -- were arrested on Saturday, police said.
The SP on Sunday said a case of murder has been registered against the accused.

A 21-year-old man was arrested from Rajasthan's Jodhpur on Sunday for sending an email threatening actor Salman Khan. India Today reported.
The accused, identified as Dhakad Ram Bishnoi, was arrested by the Mumbai Police in a joint operation with the Rajasthan Police.
The email that read 'you will end up like Sidhu Moose Wala', in reference to the murder of Punjabi singer last year, was sent to the actor's office 2-3 days back.
Earlier, the Mumbai Police had registered a case against gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar in connection with a threat e-mail to Salman Khan on March 18.
