The institute&rsquo;s study showed China closing in on the US as the most powerful country influencing the Asia-Pacific. In an interview to news channel Wion, Dr Yan, who investigated the origin of the COVID-19 virus during the initial outbreak in Wuhan, has claimed that Chinese government knew about the spread of the virus before publicly acknowledging it. According to Dr Yan the World Health Organization is very much a part of the cover up. She has also alleged that the Chinese government is now trying to tarnish her reputation and is also threatening her family in China

Wuhan fans attend 1st Chinese Super League match 

This is for the first time that residents from Wuhan&nbsp;were allowed to attend the Chinese Super League matches&nbsp;

Fans of Wuhan Zall, the&nbsp;Chinese Super League&nbsp;side which comes from the epicentre of the coronavirus&nbsp;were allowed to attend their team's game on Sunday. A few supporters travelled over 750 km to Suzhou&nbsp;to attend the game which their team drew 2-2 against&nbsp;title contenders Beijing Guoan. As Chinese Super League has now allowed local fans to watch the game in small numbers, this is for the first time that residents from Wuhan&nbsp;were allowed to attend the games. Rules remain strict, social distancing has to be followed as the fans must get a Covid-19 test a week leading&nbsp;up to the match.
