The shoot of 'Welcome to the Jungle' will commence once Firoz Nadiadwala clears the pending dues of technicians of 'Welcome 2'.

&lsquo;Welcome 3&rsquo;, which is scheduled to hit the theatres in December next year, has landed in trouble with the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE). The federation has reportedly put a halt to the film's shooting over non-payment of dues.
According to the Times of India, The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has appealed to Jyoti Deshpande, C.E.O, Viacom 18, and other actors-technicians of Firoz Nadiadwala&rsquo;s 'Welcome to the Jungle' to act upon the producer to pay the balance amount of filmmaker Anees Bazmee, whose cheques have bounced.
The federation has asked them to not shoot for the film unless Firoz Nadiadwala clears the pending dues of technicians of 'Welcome 2'.
Speaking to ETimes, BN Tiwari, President of FWICE said, &lsquo;We have informed all the actors of the film, including Akshay Kumar and Disha Patni, that the federation has issued a non- cooperation on Firoz Nadiadwala for defaulting payments, and that they should not shoot for the film unless pending dues of Rs 2 crore is cleared for the technicians. Firoz Nadiadwala had paid the technicians of 'Welcome 2' in 2015 and the amount was about Rs 4 crore, which was later reduced to Rs 2 crore. However, Nadiadwala stopped payment of the cheque after we deposited it.&rsquo;
He added, &lsquo;We issued non-cooperation in 2015, but will implement it now, as he has finally begun work on his next film and we will not allow him to shoot it till the payment is cleared.&rsquo;
&lsquo;Welcome to the Jungle&rsquo;, directed by Ahmed Khan, features a stellar group of talents, including Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Daler Mehndi, Mika Singh, Rahul Dev, Mukesh Tiwari, Sharib Hashmi, Inaamulhaq, Zakir Hussain, Yashpal Sharma. Adding to the charm are actresses Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueliene Fernandez, Disha Patani and Vrihi Kodvara.
Welcome To The Jungle&rsquo; is currently in pre-production and is slated for a theatrical release on December 20, 2024.

Akshay Kumar treated his fans to a surprise on his birthday as he unveiled the promo of &lsquo;Welcome 3&rsquo;. &nbsp;
Akshay took to Instagram to share the promo and wrote, &ldquo;Khud ko aur aap sab ko ek birthday gift diya hai aaj (I have given a gift to you and myself on my birthday today). The teaser starts with the title &lsquo;Welcome to the Jungle&rsquo; which shows massive ensemble cast including Raveena Tandon, Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Lara Dutta, Suniel Shetty, Sanjay Dutt, Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Rajpal Yadav, Johny Lever, Kiku Sharda, Krushna Abhishek, Rahul Dev and singers-brothers Daler Mehndi and Mika Singh. &nbsp;
The entire cast is seen in military uniform standing in three rows. All of them is seen with gun in their hands. The cast is trying to sing the signature Welcome tune. Daler Mehndi and Mika start singing their song &lsquo;Tunak Tunak&rsquo; and are interrupted by Sanjay Dutt. Disha Patani also tries to give a special effect and then Akshay Kumar asks her to sing with everyone. He also asserts that he and Raveena are 'Purane chawal.'
Apart from the 24 stars, one can also see a 25th with his back to the audience and it is being speculated that he is Shikhar Dhawan. Shikhar accompanied Akshay to Mahakaleshwar temple on September 9.&nbsp;
Raveena Tandon and Akshay Kumar have reunited for &lsquo;Welcome 3&rsquo;. &nbsp; The promo states that the film releases on December 20, 2024.
