Shah Rukh Khan and Vijay Sethupathi will soon share the screen space in Atlee’s ‘Jawan’. Vijay’s publicist took to Twitter and confirmed that the actor is going to be a part of the forthcoming film. The publicist further added that the actor will be playing the antagonist only in SRK’s film and not in any other Telugu projects as it is being speculated.
On Saturday, PRO tweeted, ‘This is to clarify that #VijaySethupathi sir is doing a negative role only in #ShahRukhKhan sir’s Jawan at this point and that he is not playing a negative role in any other Telugu projects as is being speculated.’ 
‘Jawan’ also stars Nayanthara in a pivotal role. The next schedule of the pan-India film will begin towards the end of August in Chennai, according to the Pinkvilla report. 
Earlier, during a live interaction with fans on Instagram, Shah Rukh Khan talked about this much-awaited film and mentioned that it is a different kind of film.
He said, ‘Too early to say. There is still a long way to go. There is not much I can tell you about Jawan except the fact that I am having a great time as an actor. And Atlee, the director, it is a different kind of film. Everybody has seen his work. He makes outstanding mass oriented films, again a genre I have never done. So, I wanted to try my hands on it. And I think me and Atlee have good chemistry. I bring in some (to the film), he brings in some. Whatever we have done of Jawan is thrilling and exciting’ 
‘Jawan’ will be releasing in 5 different languages across India on June 2, 2023.

Actors&nbsp;Vijay Sethupathi&nbsp;and Katrina Kaif's next helmed&nbsp;by filmmaker&nbsp;Sriram Raghavan&nbsp;has been&nbsp;postponed indefinitely due to the&nbsp;Covid-19 pandemic.
Speaking about the delay,&nbsp;Vijay Sethupati&nbsp;told a leading daily the shooting was to&nbsp;begin shooting on April 15 but it got postponed as&nbsp;Katrina caught coronavirus.
He added that his web series with Raj-DK was also scheduled to begin from the end of May but he doesn't&nbsp;know what will happen now as the shootings in Mumbai seem to be at far more risk than in the North.&nbsp;
