Speaking to Indian Express, a crew member revealed that despite submitting multiple invoices, he received only partial payment. The crew member shared that some of them directly spoke to Jackky Bhagnani, who assured them that the payments would be made.

<p>Another crew member narrated his ordeal about non-payment of dues by Pooja Entertainment. Besides, he urged actors like Akshay Kumar to speak up for their cause.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Vashu Bhagnani and Jackky Bhagnani&rsquo;s Pooja Entertainment has been making headlines but not for good reasons. Several crew members working for the company came forward alleging non-payment of dues. In the latest development, more crew members have come forward making similar allegations. &nbsp;</p>
<h2>Crew member narrate ordeal</h2>
<p>In an interview with Indian Express, a crew member revealed that despite submitting multiple invoices, he received only partial payment. He said that he made repeated attempts to contact the production house but did not get a satisfactory response.</p>
<p>The crew member shared that some of them directly spoke to Jackky Bhagnani, who assured them that the payments would be made. "There were a couple of times when people directly spoke to Jackky, who said he will ensure (the payments are done). He is good with people, so we trusted him," he said.</p>
<h2>'Akshay Kumar and others should speak up'&nbsp;</h2>
<p>The crew member also urged Akshay Kumar to speak up in the matter. He said, &ldquo;All the stars were paid right? Akshay Kumar and all was given full, so why not us? I hope they speak for our causes. They get their payments but won&rsquo;t talk for us workers who make their movies happen. A spot boy, who gets some Rs 1,000 a day, still hasn&rsquo;t been paid. How is that fair?&rdquo;</p>
<h2>Actor shares experience with Pooja Entertainment</h2>
<p>Another actor Faraz Khan who worked in Pooja Entertainment&rsquo;s &lsquo;Ganapath&rsquo; shared his ordeal. He revealed that he has not been paid despite several promises. Khan said, &ldquo;It was a nightmare. I am owed Rs 3,00,000. If you go to their office and show your anger about the non-payment, they have some 15-20 people to keep you out. They don&rsquo;t talk to you. I haven&rsquo;t experienced such disrespect in my life.&rdquo;</p>
<h2>Vashu Bhagnani on non-payment of dues</h2>
<p>Earlier, Vashu Bhagnani had urged the crew members to directly contact him and submit the documents. He promised that their complaints will be addressed within 60 days.&nbsp;</p>

Amid concerns of financial strain, Vashu Bhagnani revealed that Akshay Kumar was the first one to reach out and offered unwavering support to the production house.</p>
<p>Vashu Bhagnani revealed that as reports of his bankruptcy emerged, he received a call from actor Akshay Kumar. "He was the first one to call me and say not to worry, and let him know if there was anything to do so. He lent his unconditional support," Bhagnani said.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Bhagnani expressed gratitude for support from the other actors as he shared that he also got calls from actors Sunny Deol, Suniel Shetty, and old friend David Dhawan. He said, "I also got calls from Sunny Deol, Suniel Shetty, and also my old friend David Dhawan. I am really moved by everyone, they are people who stick by you." Bhagnani also conveyed his deep affection for the film industry, referring to it as his life. "I love the film industry, it is my jaan. There are still very emotional people in this industry who stick by you through thick and thin."</p>
<p>The veteran producer dismissed rumours of selling office space and mass layoffs. He lashed out at people for spreading rumours and said, "I am having the same conversation with Ali Abbas Zafar (BMCM director) also. People are having unnecessary problems. These people who are making allegations are not running my house. They are unnecessarily defaming the actors."</p>

<p>Addressing the allegations of workforce reduction, Bhagnani asserted that their core team, which has been with them for over a decade, remains intact. He denied dismissing 80% of their employees, emphasising that operations continue from their previous office during the redevelopment phase.&nbsp;</p>
<h2>Bhagnani addresses non-payment of dues allegations</h2>
<p>Regarding the accusations of non-payment from crew members, Bhagnani asked such people to approach the company directly with their documents and assured them of resolution within 60 days if legitimate claims are presented. &ldquo;Nobody is running away. Please come to my office, talk to us, give us your documents and give us 60 days to figure things out. I am not going to buckle under any pressure or blackmail.&rdquo; He emphasised their longstanding presence in the industry and commitment to fair practices.&nbsp;</p>
