Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation on Tuesday evening. Taking to Twitter, the prime minister wrote, that he will be sharing a message with his fellow citizens at 6 PM this evening. The incident took place on Tuesday evening.&nbsp;The security guard&nbsp;had&nbsp;noted the registration number of the vehicle and reported the incident at&nbsp;Khalapur&nbsp;police station following which their car was intervened at a toll booth in Navi Mumbai and the three were caught.&nbsp;
