Recently, dietician Richa Gangani shared that rusk is a baked blend of refined flour, sugar, cheap oils, extra gluten and many more food additives which are potentially harmful to your health.&nbsp; Apart from increasing calories, consuming rusk can also increase the risk of several diseases.&nbsp;
In her post Dietician recommends replacing harmful rusk with makhanas or roasted dry channa or nuts to give priority to your health. &nbsp;
