At least 11 women were trampled to death when a stampede broke out Wednesday among thousands of Afghans waiting in a soccer stadium to get visas to leave the country, officials said. Gov. Attaullah Khogyani said another 13 people, mostly women, were injured at the stadium in the Nangarhar province, where they were trying to get visas to enter neighboring Pakistan. He said most of those who died were elderly people from across Afghanistan. In a separate incident, at least 34 Afghan police were killed in an ambush by Taliban militants in northern Afghanistan, according to a local hospital official.

Get ready to order your favourite street food from Swiggy

The&nbsp;Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has entered into an MoU with online food delivery platform&nbsp;Swiggy,&nbsp;to onboard street food vendors on its e-commerce platform, giving them access to thousands of untapped consumers. The initiative is a part of Prime Minister Street Vendor&rsquo;s AtmaNibhar Nidhi (PM SVANidhi) Scheme.
To start off,&nbsp;MoHUA&nbsp;and&nbsp;Swiggy&nbsp;will run a pilot program by on-boarding 250 vendors across five cities namely &ndash; Ahmedabad, Chennai, Delhi, Indore, and Varanasi. The vendors will get help for PAN and FSSAI&nbsp;registration as well as other training needed for using the platform.&nbsp;

In a move to help the nation&rsquo;s street vendors, the Modi government has signed a memorandum of understanding with food delivery platform&nbsp;Swiggy.
The&nbsp;agreement signed between the&nbsp;Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs&nbsp;and&nbsp;Swiggy&nbsp;will ensure presence of&nbsp;street food vendors on&nbsp;the&nbsp;e-commerce platform, giving them access to thousands of untapped consumers.

While a&nbsp;10%&nbsp;overall&nbsp;decline in&nbsp;recorded&nbsp;suicides between 2016 and 2019 among those involved in the agriculture sector&nbsp;has been noted,&nbsp;suicides&nbsp;by farm hands steadily declined by 15%&nbsp; In the same period&nbsp;there has been&nbsp;decrease of 5%&nbsp;in suicides&nbsp;by farmers.&nbsp;
