According to a recent survey around 55 per cent of Indians get less than six hours of uninterrupted sleep every night.&nbsp;

According to a new survey conducted by the community-based social media platform LocalCircles, around 55 per cent of Indians get less than six hours of uninterrupted sleep every night.&nbsp;
The survey was conducted over 12 months on 13,438 people, and it was found that 43% indicated six to eight hours of sleep, 34% said it was four to six hours, 21% got four hours and 2% said that they were getting 10 hours of sleep.
As compared to the 2022 survey, the percentage of citizens who were getting less than 6 hours of sleep has risen in 12 months from 50% in 2022 to 55% in 2023.&nbsp;
