CSK&nbsp;Skipper MS Dhoni&nbsp;broke yet another record as he became the most capped player in the IPL&nbsp;history. Dhoni&nbsp;who surpassed his teammate&nbsp;Suresh&nbsp;Raina's&nbsp;mark&nbsp;on Friday&nbsp;made his 194th IPL&nbsp;appearance while playing against Sunrisers&nbsp;Hyderabad. On achieving the feat, Suresh&nbsp;Raina&nbsp;took to Twitter to congratulate the veteran wicketkeeper. Friday night's game was&nbsp;Dhoni's&nbsp;164th appearance for CSK.&nbsp;With 192 IPL&nbsp;appearances, Mumbai&nbsp;Indians skipper&nbsp;Rohit&nbsp;Sharma&nbsp;stands at third position followed by KKR's&nbsp;Dinesh Karthik&nbsp;who has appeared in 185 IPL&nbsp;games.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Former Indian cricketer Suresh&nbsp;Raina&nbsp;on Friday revealed his plans to&nbsp;set up a cricket academy in Jammu and Kashmir. The 33-year-old on his visit to Kashmir spoke to J&amp;K's&nbsp;Lt Governor Manoj&nbsp;Sinha&nbsp;who requested him to set up 5 cricket schools each in the Kashmir and Jammu division to train aspiring cricketers of the union territory. Raina&nbsp;who wants to promote sports among the J&amp;K youth also spoke to DGP&nbsp;Dilbag&nbsp;Singh&nbsp;to discuss plans with J&amp;K police for&nbsp;encouraging local youth and identifying talented youngsters particularly underprivileged kids in the union territory.&nbsp;

Rohit&nbsp;Sharma will be in command of the Mumbai&nbsp;Indians as usual as the team aims for their 5th IPL&nbsp;title. The Pandya&nbsp;brothers are also fit and raring to go and they along with Keiron&nbsp;Pollard make up one of the strongest middle order in the competition. Bolstered by the presence of Chris Lynn as an opener, Rohit&nbsp;Sharma&nbsp;can give the team a flying start. The spin bowling department though looks slightly weak as they miss an experienced campaigner. Moreover, even before the start of the tournament, CSK&nbsp;suffered 2 casualties in Suresh&nbsp;Raina&nbsp;and Harbhajan Singh, who pulled out of the cash-rich league due to personal reasons. Where Bhajji's experience may have come in handy on the turning tracks in the UAE, Raina&nbsp;has been the backbone of CSK&nbsp;over the years.&nbsp;
Keeping all that aside, most Indian cricket fans eagerly await for CSK&nbsp;to take the field, as it would give them a chance to see Thala&nbsp;Dhoni&nbsp;back in action. Fresh from his international retirement, watching MSD&nbsp;play again will&nbsp;without doubt be the highlight of this season. Under him, the Super Kings have clinched 3 titles and are the only team in the competition to have a 100% record of making it to the playoffs. In the 10 editions they have played in, CSK&nbsp;has reached the final 8 times.&nbsp;
With Piyush&nbsp;Chawla, Karn&nbsp;Sharma, Ravindra&nbsp;Jadeja,&nbsp;Imran Tahir and&nbsp;Mitchell Santner&nbsp;in their ranks, CSK&nbsp;probably has the best spin bowling department in the tournament. While Deepak&nbsp;Chahar&nbsp;spent his initial days in quarantine, Dwayne Bravo and Josh Hazlewood&nbsp;are busy with CPL and national duty respectively and will join in late. England's Sam Curran who may turn out to be their x-factor this season will also arrive later. Only&nbsp;Shardul Thakur and KM Asif&nbsp;have trained with&nbsp;the squad since the first practice session.
But Daddy's army has time and again showed their ability to bounce and their fans would hope that&nbsp;CSK&nbsp;overcomes their blues and paint the&nbsp;UAE&nbsp;yellow.

PTI,&nbsp;Thrissur:&nbsp;The prime accused in the Kerala gold smuggling case, Swapna Suresh has been admitted to a medical college hospital here after she complained of uneasiness and chest pain.
Suresh, who is currently lodged at the Viyur jail near here was shifted to the Thrissur Medical College hospital on Monday evening, prison authorities said.
"She complained of uneasiness.. after consulting with the prison doctors, we shifted her to the medical college hospital here.
Adequatepolice protection has been provided to her," a senior prison official told PTI on Tuesday.
Swapna, who is a former employee of the UAE consulate in the state capital, is among the four accused booked by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in the smuggling of 30 kg of gold through diplomatic baggage which arrived at the Thiruvanathapuram International airport on July 5.
The gold valued at around Rs 15 crore was seized by the Customs (Preventive) Commissionerate, Kochi.
