Cake is something that is usually prepared and eaten on special occasions, mainly because it takes a lot of time and energy to be prepared. But there is one cake that can be prepared in a jiffy and without much hassle and that cake is strawberry cheesecake.&nbsp;
Strawberry cheesecake can be made easily with only a handful of ingredients. Here&rsquo;s a quick recipe to make this cake in just 5&nbsp;easy steps.&nbsp;

Step 1&nbsp;
Mix 1 cup biscuit crumbs with &frac14; cup sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon powder and 1/3 cup butter in a bowl. Pour this mixture into a pan and refrigerate for half an hour.&nbsp;
Step 2&nbsp;
Blend 1 cup sliced strawberries along with 1 tbsp corn starch and pour this prepared sauce into a pan. Cook till it thickens and then remove from heat. &nbsp;
Step 3&nbsp;
Beat &frac12; cup cream cheese, 400 ml condensed milk, &frac14; cup lemon juice, &frac12; tsp vanilla extract and 3 eggs in a bowl. &nbsp;
Step 4&nbsp;
Pour half of this prepared mixture into the pan and onto the crust. Then add half of the prepared sauce. Again, pour the remaining mixture and then the sauce.&nbsp;

Step 5&nbsp;
Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. Let it cool for an hour, once done and refrigerate overnight and serve.&nbsp; &nbsp;
