A 19-year-old boy was stabbed to death in the Gokalpuri area of northeast Delhi, allegedly by two brothers over their sister's affair with him, police said on Tuesday.
Police have arrested the siblings, Shahrukh Khan and Sahil Khan, aged 19 and 20.
An incident of stabbing in the Sanjay Colony of the area was reported at 9.14 pm on Monday. The victim was identified as Himanshu.
A third, who helped the brothers with the crime, is still being looked for, a police source said.
According to the source, Himanshu was in a romantic relationship with a local girl, which reportedly did not sit well with her brothers.
"Immediately after the incident was reported, multiple teams were formed to nab the accused. We checked multiple CCTV footage. Teams identified the accused and they were nabbed. Teams will question the accused that from where they arranged the knife. We also got to know that the accused had previously threatened the deceased," the source said.
The victim's family hit the road in protest against the killing, demanding justice.
"My kid was killed brutally by the brothers of a girl Himanshu was friends with. Why did she do this?" the teenager's mother said, sobbing. "My son, while taking his last breath, said to me not to spare them. He said that the girl betrayed him. Please get me justice for my son." Joginder, Himanshu's father, said, one of the attackers grabbed him from the front, and the other stabbed him multiple times from behind.
Himanshu was rushed to Guru Teg Bahadur (GTB) Hospital, where he was declared dead by doctors, police said.
"A case has been registered at the Gokalpuri Police Station under relevant sections of the BNS," a police officer said.
The police said that the preliminary investigation suggests that the accused and the victim knew each other and lived in the same locality.
Meanwhile, security has been beefed up in the area with deployment of paramilitary and police.
"The family members caused a traffic jam on the road, demanding justice. We told them that both the killers were arrested. We have deployed multiple police teams and paramilitary forces to maintain law and order situation," a police source said.
He also cautioned the general public not to fall for any any rumours.

The man who was stabbed to death has been identified as Jatin, a resident of Budh Vihar area. He went to celebrate his birthday with friends at Yaaran Da Adda restaurant. However, a misunderstanding with the restaurant staff caused a dispute and that led to a violent altercation.&nbsp;
During the altercation, Jatin was stabbed in the chest, while two of his friends, Prashant and Varad, were also injured.&nbsp;
Police said that they were alerted about this incident when a hospital reported Jatin's arrival in critical condition on Wednesday.&nbsp;
A case has been registered and six people have been detained, including the restaurant owner.&nbsp;

A 19-year-old BTech student was allegedly stabbed multiple times by her friend, at a private university on the outskirts of Bengaluru on Monday, police said.
They said attempting to end his life, the accused too stabbed himself.
Other students, who noticed the duo lying in a pool of blood, alerted the college authorities and security staff.
The victim, identified as Laya Smitha, was rushed to hospital but was declared brought dead. The accused, identified as Pawan Kalyan, has suffered injuries on the chest and is being treated at the hospital.
The incident occurred at the Presidency College, where the victim was studying, while the accused is said to be a BCA student from another college.
Both are said to be from a village in Mulbagal taluk of Kolar district and according to the police, Pawan wanted to marry Laya Smitha.&nbsp;

Known by the name &ldquo;Fatty Goes to Africa&rdquo;, the food blogger was allegedly killed by a rival influencer.
29-year-pld Gan Soujiong, according to Asia Wire, was attacked while live streaming at Indra Chowk in Nepal. He was reportedly interrupted during the livestream which followed high-pitched screams and violent shaking of the camera.

A purported clip of the incident shows blood on Gan&rsquo;s face apparently after he was stabbed with a knife by rival Feng Zhengyung, who could be heard swearing at him in Chinese.
Gan was later taken to hospital where he succumbed to injuries. He was reportedly stabbed on abdomen and chest.
Accused Feng was reportedly arrested for the alleged murder.

The 16-year-old girl was walking home after writing her exams when the man, identified as Kesavan, stabbed her in over ten places, including her neck. 
Witnesses to the incident sprung into action and admitted her to a nearby hospital, where she has been under intensive care. 
The police say that the accused had tried to marry the minor last year, following which he had been arrested under the POCSO Act. He had been released from prison recently and he did this to exact vengeance.
According to reports the man escaped after the attack and the police are yet to nab him.
