The officer who lost life in the unfortunate incident has been identified as Capt Anshuman Singh, Regimental Medical Officer.&nbsp;

In a tragic incident, an Army officer was killed and 3 soldiers were injured in a fire incident on Siachen Glacier.&nbsp;
As per initial information, the fire broke out in a tent in the early hours on July 19.&nbsp;
The army officials said the injured soldiers who suffered second-degree burns and smoke inhalation have been safely evacuated to a hospital in Chandigarh.&nbsp;
The officer who lost life in the unfortunate incident has been identified as Capt Anshuman Singh, Regimental Medical Officer.&nbsp;
The cause of the fire is not known yet, however, it is believed the blaze broke out after a short circuit.&nbsp;
