Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik continue to face the heat in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. According to news agency PTI, the Narcotics Control Bureau has filed draft charges against the actor, her brother, and others in a special court in connection with a drugs case linked to Sushant's death.  According to the report, the prosecution has proposed to charge Rhea and Showik for consumption of narcotic substances and for procuring such substances for the late actor. 
Atul Sarpande, the special public prosecutor, said the prosecution maintained charges against all accused as per the chargesheet filed before the court, according to the report. 
As per PTI, Sarpande stated that the court said they will frame charges only after the discharge pleas are decided. 
Rhea, Showik, and other accused were present before the court on Wednesday. Special judge V G Raghuwanshi, hearing cases pertaining to the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, posted the matter for hearing on July 12.

The Narcotics&nbsp;Control Bureau&nbsp;is expected to file a charge sheet in the drug probe related to the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
Reports claim&nbsp;NCB&nbsp;is in the process of assembling evidence and the chargesheet&nbsp;runs&nbsp;into more than 70,000 pages which include statements, call records, WhatsApp chats of all those accused.
Reports say the&nbsp;NCB&nbsp;chargesheet&nbsp;will have the names of 30 accused including actor and Sushant's former girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty.
