Delhi unit of the Congress party on Monday put up 'corrupt behind bars' posters featuring AAP leaders Manish Sisodia and Satyendra Jain across its office.&nbsp;
The party attacked the Aam Aadmi Party by putting a quote by its national convenor and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on top of it, "Those who are corrupt, are the ones anti-national".
Manish Sisodia, former deputy CM of Delhi was arrested by the CBI in a now-scrapped excise policy scam case last month while Satyendra Jain was arrested last year in connection with a Hawala case.&nbsp;

Top officials of Tihar Jail have accused minister Satyendar Jain of threatening and intimidating them and complained against him to the Director-General (Prisons), sources said on Thursday.
Sources said the Additional Inspector General - Prisons (Tihar Jail), Superintendent of Jail No. 07 (SCJ-7), Deputy Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent and the Law Officer complained to the Director-General (Prisons) that Jain had been "abusing them and threatening them with dire consequences once he gets out of the prison".

"Jain has been blatantly intimidating these officers and others for their acts trying to prevent him from availing facilities of massage, lavish food and other VIP treatments that came to the fore recently," a source said.
Jain has been in jail since he was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate last year in connection with a money laundering case. Purported videos of him getting massages and meeting visitors inside the jail had created a furore with the opposition demanding his removal from Cabinet.

AAP leader Satyendra Jain moved the Delhi High Court on Wednesday seeking an order to restrain media from airing CCTV footage from Tihar Jail.
He further asked the court to order an inquiry into how the footage was leaked.
This after fresh videos of the jailed minister emerged on Wednesday in which he is seen eating uncooked vegetables and fruits in his cell.
Hours after the video was leaked, the BJP targeted the AAP leader once again. In a press conference Union minister Meenakshi Lekhi alleged that he is enjoying facilities akin to a holiday resort.
The court will hear Jain&rsquo;s plea on Thursday.

However, PTI report said that sources claimed that the man, who was seen giving Jain a massage in the videos, was a prisoner named Rinku.

The masseur who was seen in video footage giving a massage to jailed Delhi minister Satyendar Jain is not a physiotherapist, but an inmate who is lodged in the Tihar Jail in a rape case, sources said on Tuesday.
The claims come days after the Aam Aadmi Party, which had drawn flak over the videos, asserted that Jain was receiving physiotherapy in the jail, where he is in judicial custody for the past five months over money-laundering charges.
Jain could be seen in the purported videos getting back and foot massages in his cell, reading some documents and talking to visitors while lying on a bed. Mineral water bottles and a remote are also seen. In one video, he was seen getting a head massage while sitting on a chair.
Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia had claimed that Jain was receiving physiotherapy following a spinal injury and accused the Bharatiya Janata Party of doing "cheap" politics on health issues by illegally leaking CCTV footage.
However, sources claimed that the man, who was seen giving Jain a massage in the videos, was a prisoner named Rinku.
"He is lodged in the prison in connection with a rape case and sections of the Pocso Act. Rinku is not a physiotherapist," the sources said.
AAP leader Gopal Rai alleged that the BJP was highlighting matters related to Sisodia and Jain and other sting operations since it does not have any election issues related to Municipal Corporation of Delhi election.

On Jain apparently getting special treatment inside jail, he said: "Amit Shah was in Gujarat jail and at that time, there was a special jail for him. The kind of treatment he got nobody can get ever. This is available on record." "The issue is not of him (Jain) getting treatment, but the issue is that what treatment will Delhi people give the BJP on December 4," Rai said.
He alleged that the BJP's only agenda was just to tarnish the image of Kejriwal.
"In Delhi, for the last 10 days, there are two parties that are campaigning, while Congress is not part of the battle," Rai said.
"On one side are those who are campaigning on the basis of their work. On the other hand there are those who just want to indulge in mudslinging," he said.
BJP MP Manoj Tiwari slammed the ruling party.
"Shameful @ArvindKejriwal Doctors have confirmed that it is not physiotherapy and moreover the person giving massage to Saryendra Jain in Tihar Jail is a rapist, accused under the POCSO, and not a physiotherapist as claimed and endorsed by you!" Tiwari tweeted.
The Enforcement Directorate had claimed in a court that Jain was getting special treatment, including massage and special food, in the jail. It provided CCTV footage to substantiate the claim.
Earlier this month, a Tihar jail superintendent was suspended for alleged involvement in providing a special treatment to Jain in the prison.

There was no reaction from the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the Tihar administration on the matter.
The Delhi Prisons department comes under the AAP-led city government. &nbsp;Earlier this week, a Tihar jail superintendent was suspended for alleged involvement in providing special treatment to Jain in the prison.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had claimed in a court here that Jain was getting special treatment inside the Tihar Jail.
The federal probe agency had made the submission before Special Judge Vikas Dhull while concluding its arguments opposing Jain&rsquo;s plea in the money laundering case.

"Unidentified people were giving foot massages to Jain even beyond curfew hours. He was also given special food,&rdquo; Additional Solicitor General S V Raju, appearing for the ED, had said.
He had also shared CCTV footage with the court and alleged that most of the time Jain was either in hospital or in jail enjoying various facilities. Earlier this month, Director General (Prisons) Sandeep Goel was transferred from the Tihar Jail, days after incarcerated conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar alleged extortion of Rs 10 crore for protection in prison by Goel and Jain.
The AAP had dismissed the allegations as "absurd and baseless".
The ED had arrested Jain and two others on May 30 in the money laundering case based on a CBI FIR in 2017 under the Prevention of Corruption Act. The AAP minister has been accused of having laundered money through four companies allegedly linked to him. &nbsp;
