The strikes killed a 53-year-old man and wounded 12 people, most suffering from shrapnel injuries, the city's administration said.

Russian missiles targeted Kyiv at sunrise on Friday, killing at least one person and damaging six diplomatic missions and a university in the centre of the Ukrainian capital.
Moscow said it attacked Ukraine as retaliation for a strike using Western missiles on a chemical plant in Russia earlier in the week.
Russian aerial attacks regularly target the capital but rarely cause damage of that scale as Kyiv is well protected by air defence, nearly three years into Russia's invasion.
"There were explosions after explosions in a row," said 45-year-old Ksenia, who was staying at a hotel near the site of a wreckage.
The air force said it downed all five Iskander missiles Russia launched at the capital, but that debris caused damage in several districts.
The strikes killed a 53-year-old man and wounded 12 people, most suffering from shrapnel injuries, the city's administration said.
They also damaged a building housing the diplomatic missions of Albania, Argentina, Palestine, North Macedonia, Portugal and Montenegro, the Ukrainian foreign ministry said.
"Another heinous Russian attack against Kyiv," European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen posted on X. "Putin's disregard for international law reaches new heights."
In the absence of the Russian ambassador in Lisbon, the charg&eacute; d'affaires of the Russian Federation has been summoned to be presented with a formal protest, the Portuguese government said.
"These are barbaric attacks on diplomatic institutions, this is crossing all possible red lines and international rules," foreign ministry spokesman Georgiy Tykhy was quoted as saying by Ukrainian agency Interfax.
The building of the Kyiv National Linguistics University was also impacted, according to the institution's Instagram account, which posted photos of a main campus building whose windows had been completely blown out, glass shards covering the floor.

Victoria, a 35-year-old doctor, had come out to look at the charred cars and buildings with blown-out windows at the site of an attack.
"Russians should burn in hell," she said.
Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ignat said Ukraine Patriot air defence systems had been deployed to shoot down the missiles.
The Ukrainian think tank Defence Express said: "All the missiles were successfully intercepted, but in one case, the warhead failed to be destroyed and it exploded near a business centre in the city centre."
Moscow claimed responsibility for the overnight attack on Ukraine, carried out a day after Russian leader Vladimir Putin threatened to strike Kyiv.
"You know that such strikes on Russian territory have been carried out, and you know that the president has said that every time there will be a response," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
His comment came soon after the Russian defence ministry said that "in response to the actions of the Kyiv regime, supported by its Western handlers, a combined strike with long-range precision weapons was launched today".
The ministry said it had targeted an office of the SBU security service and a defence industry site, and that "all the targets have been struck".

Putin at a press conference on Thursday had suggested a "high-tech duel" over Kyiv to test his claims that Russia's new hypersonic ballistic missile, dubbed Oreshnik, is impervious to air defences.
"Let them set some target to be hit, let's say in Kyiv," he said.
"They will concentrate there all their air defences. And we will launch an Oreshnik strike there and see what happens."
Zelensky hit back, saying: "People are dying and he thinks it's 'interesting'... Dumbass."
Russian attacks also killed two people in Ukraine's southern city of Kherson Friday.
"Today Kherson woke up from numerous strikes of the Russian army. The occupants have created hell in the city," governor Oleksandr Prokudin said.
Prokudin also said shelling had left 60,000 homes without electricity in the Kherson region, which has been under daily strikes since Ukraine liberated the city in November 2022.
Russian forces were then pushed back to the other side of the Dnipro river, putting Kherson well within reach of Russian artillery stationed on the opposite bank.
A Russian sabotage group tried but failed to cross the Dnipro during the shelling of Kherson, spokesman for the Southern Defence Forces Vladyslav Voloshyn told state-run Suspilne media.
Russian troops are on the offensive again, especially in the eastern Donbas region, where they captured two small villages near the city of Pokrovsk.

Attacks on churches and synagogues in Russia's Dagestan region killed primarily police officers, officials said Monday, announcing a toll of 19 dead after violence that stoked fears over Islamist violence in the historically restive North Caucasus.
The assaults launched on Sunday come just three months after Islamic State group fighters killed more than 140 in a Moscow concert hall, the deadliest terror attack on Russia for almost 20 years.
Moscow said on Monday it had concluded an "anti-terrorist operation" and killed five of the assailants behind the coordinated attacks on Sunday evening in the cities of Makhachkala and Derbent.
The incidents also had echoes of the kind of insurgent violence that marred the North Caucasus during the 1990s and 2000s.
Russia has been a target for Islamic State terror in recent years, with the fundamentalist group opposing Moscow's military support for Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad and claiming to have set-up a "franchise" in Russia's north Caucasus.
"According to preliminary data, 15 law enforcement officers were killed, as well as four civilians, including an Orthodox priest," Russia's Investigative Committee, which probes major crimes, said on Monday.
Five assailants had also been "liquidated", it added, though it was not clear how many had been involved in the attack.
The Russian Orthodox Church said its archpriest Nikolai Kotelnikov, had been "brutally killed" in an attack on a church in the city of Derbent.
The National Antiterrorism Committee, which responds to mass attacks and is tasked with foiling terror plots, said Monday morning it had wrapped up its rapid response operation.
"Following the neutralisation of the threats to the lives and health of citizens, it was decided to end the anti-terrorist operation in Dagestan," at 08:15 am (0515 GMT), it said in a statement.
In the 1990s and 2000s, separatist and militant groups waged guerilla-style campaigns against Russian authorities in the mountainous North Caucasus following the break-down of the Soviet Union.
Moscow fought two wars for control of the neighbouring Chechnya region, with President Vladimir Putin having touted his success in quashing the insurgency at the start of his presidency.
<h2>'War'&nbsp;</h2>
More than 12 hours after the attack unfolded, the Kremlin was yet to comment.
On Monday, some of Russia's partners and allies, including China and Azerbaijan, which borders the Dagestan region, issued messages of condolence.
Russia's Investigative Committee said it had opened criminal probes over "acts of terror," while Dagestan's Governor Sergei Melikov called the attacks an attempt to "destabilise" his region.
"We know who is behind these terrorist attacks and what objective they are pursuing," he added, without providing specific details, but making references to the conflict in Ukraine.
"We must understand that war comes to our homes too. We felt it, but today we face it," he said.
After the deadly attack on Moscow's Crocus City Hall in March, Putin had initially said Kyiv had a hand in planning the assault, despite no evidence and an IS affiliate claiming responsibility on multiple occasions.
In a video message posted on social media Monday morning, Melikov said authorities were hunting for "all the members of these sleeper cells who prepared (the attacks) and who were prepared, including abroad."
Patriarch Kirill, head of the Russian Orthodox Church and a fervent supporter of the Kremlin, said the "enemy" was seeking to destroy "inter-religious peace" in Russia, without naming who he believed was responsible.
Two Orthodox churches, two synagogues, and a police checkpoint were attacked, according to officials and the Russian Jewish Congress.
<h2>Molotov cocktails</h2>
Sunday was a religious holiday, Pentecost Sunday, in the Russian Orthodox Church.
Dagestan's interior ministry said 19 people took shelter inside a church in Makhachkala and were later led out to safety.
Gunmen also attacked synagogues in both cities, setting them on fire with Molotov cocktails, the Russian Jewish Congress said in a statement.
Russia's FSB security service in April said it had arrested four people in Dagestan on suspicion of plotting the deadly attack on Moscow's Crocus City Hall concert venue in March, which was claimed by IS.
Militants from Dagestan are known to have travelled to join IS in Syria, and in 2015, the group declared it had established a "franchise" in the North Caucasus.
Russian authorities repeatedly announce successful "anti-terrorist operations" targeting alleged IS fighters from the north Caucasus.
Tensions have also ran high in the Muslim-majority region following the start of the Israel-Hamas war last year.
In October an angry crowd stormed the local airport when reports circulated on social media that a plane was arriving from Israel.

The head of Russia's national security council on Wednesday contended that the United States shares blame for the attack by gunmen on a Moscow concert hall that killed 145 people, even though a branch of the Islamic State group has claimed responsibility.
Since the March 22 attack at the Crocus City Hall, the deadliest on Russian soil in two decades, Russian officials including President Vladimir Putin have repeatedly claimed, without presenting evidence, that it was organised by Ukraine, which has been fighting a Russian invasion for more than two years.
An affiliate of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack and Kyiv has consistently denied involvement.
&ldquo;They are trying to impose on us that the terrorist act was committed not by the Kyiv regime, but by supporters of radical Islamic ideology, perhaps members of the Afghan branch of IS,&rdquo; security council head Nikolai Patrushev said at a meeting in the Kazakhstan capital Astana of security councils of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation.
The SCO is a nine-country regional security and economic bloc that includes China, India and Iran.
&ldquo;However, it is much more important to quickly establish who is the customer and sponsor of this monstrous crime. Its traces lead to the Ukrainian special services. But everyone knows that the Kyiv regime is not independent and is completely controlled by the United States," Patrushev said.
Four suspected gunmen were captured the day after the attack in the Bryansk region, which borders Ukraine. Putin and other officials claim that the gunmen had arranged for passage into Ukraine. Six other suspected accomplices have also been arrested.
Russia's emergencies ministry gave the death toll in the attack as 144, but children's rights ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova said on Wednesday that a sixth child injured in the attack had died.
The attack came two weeks after the United States Embassy in Russia issued a warning that it was monitoring reports of planned terrorist attacks on public targets. The US State Department said information about the planned attacks was passed on to Russian officials.
Putin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on Wednesday declined comment in a conference call on a report in the Washington Post that US officials had specifically identified Crocus City Hall as a potential target, saying that was a matter for security services.
Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova disdained the report, telling journalists at a briefing that &ldquo;I would really like to ask you to receive factual material on this topic from the American side. That is, when and to whom did they transmit this information.&rdquo; Also Wednesday, the Russian prosecutor-general's office sent information requests to the US, Germany, France and Cyprus over Western countries' potential involvement in terrorist attacks on Russia, state news agency Tass reported.&nbsp;
