The scandal surrounding BTS&rsquo; Jimin and comedian Lee Jin Ho has sent shockwaves through the Korean entertainment industry.
Reports reveal that in 2022, Jimin lent Lee Jin Ho ₩100 million KRW after learning about the comedian&rsquo;s urgent financial difficulties.
Recently, Lee Jin Ho confessed to struggling with a severe gambling addiction, admitting that he used the money from Jimin to support this harmful habit. He also disclosed that he had borrowed money from various other celebrities, fabricating false stories about tax troubles and family issues to secure the loans. This shocking revelation quickly spread online, generating both public outrage and sympathy for Jimin, who is currently serving in the military.
Jimin wasn't the only victim of Lee Jin Ho's deceit; other stars, including Lee Soo Geun and Ha Sung Woon, were also drawn into the scam. Despite being swindled, Jimin showed remarkable generosity, allowing Lee Jin Ho ten years to repay the ₩100 million KRW loan.
On October 14, Lee Jin Ho posted a lengthy message confessing to his financial troubles and gambling addiction. His heartfelt note read, &lsquo;Hello, I am Lee Jin Ho. I want to open up about a shameful chapter of my life due to my poor decisions. I began engaging in illegal online gambling in 2020, which resulted in significant debt. After receiving tough advice from friends and realizing the threat to my career, I finally understood the seriousness of the situation and managed to stop gambling.&rsquo;
Unfortunately, by that time, he had already borrowed money from numerous individuals.
In response to the scandal, the show Knowing Bros announced that Lee Jin Ho would be leaving the program immediately.

<h3>RM on his busy schedule&nbsp;</h3>
Reflecting on his life and busy schedule, RM shared that he was so busy with his life that he couldn't even find time to wish his fans on BTS' 11th anniversary. He shared, &ldquo;It was [BTS&rsquo;] 11th anniversary not long ago, but I couldn&rsquo;t leave even a short post because I was busy. Comeback To Me (his song) came out a month ago, and RPWP came out three weeks ago. Last April, I postponed my plan to enlist with [J-Hope] and ended up joining hands with my younger siblings. I think I spent the last 23 years just drinking and working. I&rsquo;m jealous of my friend&rsquo;s sergeant&rsquo;s badge but I have no regrets. (lol)."

When asked about the tattoos that each of the members had gotten done in the past six months, RM said, ‘Our members do not like tattoos that much, but we got the friendship tattoos for the first time.’

RM recently talked about Jin&rsquo;s departure, the inevitable military enlistment, the permanence of the members tattoos and what it means for their brotherhood.

BTS Jin's mandatory military service began on December 13 and all members and ARMY are struggling through his absence. In a recent interview, the band&rsquo;s leader RM addressed Jin&rsquo;s departure, the inevitable military enlistment, the permanence of the members tattoos and what it means for their brotherhood.
RM talked about Jin&rsquo;s last message for them during a conversation with KBS News and said that he told them that he&rsquo;ll go and come back safely. According to RM, Jin said that he will experience it first and tell them all about it.
&lsquo;What I told him was to please look after his health, he is so strong to show his strength, to do as he always does&ndash;quietly and peacefully without any accidents. I cheered for him that way,&rsquo; RM said.
He added he has &lsquo;complicated feelings&rsquo;, but he&rsquo;s calm and confident that Jin is doing well in training and he&rsquo;s waiting with a calm and cool heart.
RM also talked about the enlistment and what it means for the band. &lsquo;The enlistment is of 18 months, there&rsquo;s nothing I can do about it. But there are countless Korean and international ARMYs who believe in BTS,&rsquo; he said.
When asked about the tattoos that each of the members had gotten done in the past six months, he said, &lsquo;Our members do not like tattoos that much, but we got the friendship tattoos for the first time. The number 7 is engraved on different parts of us. With such a mindset, I cannot promise in advance, but we will work hard for us to get back together as soon as possible and show you something only we can do.&rsquo;
Quoting the phrase &lsquo;heavy is the head that wears the crown&rsquo;, RM addressed the pressure and responsibility of leading one of the world&rsquo;s biggest bands. &lsquo;Many people will be able to imagine, but the crown that is BTS is quite happy. I want to accept this fate because I&rsquo;m trying to recognise for myself that I am a person who is precious and blessed,&rsquo; he said.
RM released his album &lsquo;Indigo&rsquo; recently and he is expected to release another album before he departs for military service.&nbsp;
