A new report claims that Nothing is in talks with Reliance Digital for the offline sales of the Phone (1).&nbsp;
While the brand is confirmed to follow an invite-only system through Flipkart initially, the Phone (1) could be available at Reliance Digital a few months after its July 12 launch.

The company had also previously revealed that its debut smartphone will be manufactured in Tamil Nadu which could help with its competitive pricing.
The Nothing Phone (1) is said to be equipped with a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. The rear dual cameras may consist of a 50MP primary sensor and a 16MP secondary ultra-wide sensor.&nbsp;
Rumour has it that the Nothing Phone (1) will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ SoC. It will also feature a 120Hz OLED display with a hole punch.&nbsp;

The disclosure comes as Punit&nbsp;Goenka, MD &amp; CEO of Zee&nbsp;Ent&nbsp;in a 6-page letter to the exchanges claimed that Invesco&nbsp;wanting to push a merger with a 'large Indian group' was acting against him as he rejected the said proposal.&nbsp;Invesco&nbsp;spokesperson stated "We wish to make clear that the potential transaction proposed by Reliance (the &ldquo;Strategic Group" referenced but not disclosed in the 12 October 2021 communication by Zee) was negotiated by and between Reliance and Mr. Goenka and others associated with Zee&rsquo;s promoter family. The role of Invesco, as Zee&rsquo;s single largest shareholder, was to help facilitate that potential transaction and nothing more."Disputing&nbsp;Goenka's claim that the merger was rejected as it was a loss for Zee&nbsp;shareholders the US based investment firm said,&nbsp; "The implication that we as a shareholder would seek out a transaction for Zee that is dilutive to the long-term interests of ordinary shareholders, including ourselves, simply defies logic."Zee's&nbsp;disclosure&nbsp;comes less than a day after Justin Leverenz, chief investment officer of Invesco Developing Markets Equities, wrote an open letter to shareholders of Zee, raising concerns over the proposed $1.6 billion takeover by Sony.

Xbox Series X, Series S India pre-order details revealed

Microsoft has announced that its next-gen consoles will be available for pre-order in India at 9am on September 22, the same day as the rest of the world. They can be pre-booked from Amazon, Flipkart, and Reliance Digital's online store but no offline stores have been announced. The Xbox Series X will cost ₹49,990 in India, while the smaller Xbox Series S is priced at ₹34,990.
